How much does it cost?
Rates are for the whole house, whatever the number of occupants, up to a maximum of six.

What is added to the rate
- Electricity and heating — charged by meter reading when you leave.
- Tourist tax — €1.10 per person per day, paid on to the local authority.
- End-of-stay cleaning — optional, €80. Otherwise the house is left clean.
Deposits
- General deposit — €300, returned after the departure inventory.
- Billiard deposit — €650, only if you ask for access to the billiard room.

We check availability and reply personally, usually within 24 hours.
You pay a deposit
A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is paid on arrival.
